4) The Service (General Description)

We provide a subscription-based IPTV/internet television service and related support materials (e.g., setup guidance). The Service may change over time, including features, availability, supported applications/devices, and service performance.

Lawful use: You agree to use the Service only in compliance with applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to infringe intellectual property rights or to access content unlawfully.

5) Orders, Delivery, and Access Credentials

When you purchase a subscription, we deliver access credentials and/or activation information digitally (typically by email). You are responsible for providing a valid email address and checking spam/junk folders.

You must keep your credentials confidential. You must not share, publish, resell, or otherwise distribute your credentials except where you have a separate written reseller agreement with us.

6) Accounts and Customer Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide accurate, complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices.
  • You must notify us promptly of any suspected unauthorized access or security breach.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and configuration meet the Service requirements.

7) Subscription Term, Renewal, and Changes

Subscription terms (e.g., 1 month, 3 months, 12 months) and prices are displayed at checkout or on the relevant plan pages. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, subscriptions are not automatically renewed; you may be contacted near expiry regarding renewal options.

We may update prices, plans, or included features from time to time. Any changes will apply prospectively (i.e., not retroactively), unless required by law or agreed with you.

8) Payments and Third-Party Payment Providers

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers/gateways. You agree to comply with their terms in addition to these Terms. We do not store full payment card details on our servers (payment data is handled by the provider according to its processes).

9) Refunds, Cancellations, and Chargebacks

Refund and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Chargebacks: If you have a billing issue, please contact support first so we can assist. Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access and/or refusal of future service.

10) Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not (and will not attempt to):

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
  • Infringe or violate intellectual property rights or other rights of any third party.
  • Share, sell, sublicense, transfer, publish, or distribute access credentials without written permission.
  • Bypass, disable, or interfere with security or access controls of the Service.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or backend logic (except where legally permitted).
  • Introduce malware, automated scraping, or abusive traffic that disrupts service stability.
  • Use the Service in a way that is abusive, harassing, deceptive, or harmful to others.

11) Service Availability and Performance

We aim to provide stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Service quality can be affected by factors outside our control (internet provider, device limitations, network congestion, third-party application changes, or force majeure events).

12) Intellectual Property

The Service and all associated website content (including text, branding elements, layouts, and original materials) are owned by Villa ITV or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Trademarks and logos referenced on the Service may be the property of their respective owners. Nothing in these Terms grants you any license or right to use any trademark without prior written consent of the owner.

13) Third-Party Websites and Services

The Service may include links to third-party websites or services not owned or controlled by Villa ITV. We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or practices. Your use of any third-party service is at your own risk.

14) Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

15) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Villa ITV shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall be limited to the amount you paid us for the subscription period giving rise to the claim (or the minimum amount permitted by law).

16) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Villa ITV, its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any law or rights of a third party.

17) Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately (with or without notice) if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused credentials, engaged in fraud/abuse, or created risk to the Service or others.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including (without limitation) intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

18) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the website and update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

19) Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Casper, Wyoming shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
